Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Lead located in Banglore. The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing performance campaigns, analyzing data, and conducting performance testing. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and optimizing marketing performance, creating reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

●     2–3 years in performance marketing / paid acquisition.

●     Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads; familiarity with LinkedIn or Programmatic is a plus.

●     Analytical and data-driven; proficient in Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards.

●     Understanding of LTV, retention, and acquisition strategy impact.

●     Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

●      Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
