About the Role:-

Performance Marketing Specialist

hands-on execution role


Location

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across

    Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Manage

    pixels, GA4, Tag Manager, conversion tracking

    , and retargeting audiences.
  • Own

    lead flow

    : ensure smooth integration from ads → CRM/Sheets → WhatsApp automation.
  • Create and test ad creatives (copy, images, carousels, reels) using

    AI + design tools

    (ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Canva, Adobe Express, VEED or similar).
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on audiences, creatives, and landing pages to optimize CPL and ROAS.
  • Generate

    weekly reports

    : CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions.
  • Collaborate with the founder and agencies (SEO, PR, Outreach) to align paid with the overall growth strategy.

KPIs You’ll Own

  • CPL (Cost per Lead)

    by brand vertical.
  • CPA / CAC

    (Cost per Acquisition).
  • ROAS

    (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Lead → Site Visit %

    (ZenoRealty).
  • Lead → Demo/SQL %

    (ZenoCloud, ZenoLedger).

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3 years hands-on experience in

    performance marketing / paid media

    (Meta + Google required).
  • Strong understanding of

    campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and attribution

    .
  • Familiarity with

    analytics tools

    : GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio/Sheets dashboards.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort managing budgets and ROI.
  • Good written English for ad copy.
  • Curiosity and hunger to test, learn, and iterate fast.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Taboola.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, WhatsApp APIs like Interakt/Wati).
  • Basic design/video editing ability (Canva, Adobe Express, VEED).
  • Exposure to real estate or B2B SaaS.
