About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, Ecom ad setups, and basic Social Media Management. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and able to deliver strong results across paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Set up and manage E-commerce ad campaigns (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools
• Create audience segments, funnels, and retargeting setups
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ad copies
• Manage basic social media posting, scheduling, and content ideas
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with latest trends in performance marketing and platform updates

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of E-commerce ads and tracking (Pixel, GA4, Conversion API)
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
• Basic knowledge of Canva or creative briefing is a plus
