You will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns targeting coaches, consultants, and educators. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing performance-driven campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions. Additionally, you will need to conduct thorough audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to maximize ROI. Analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements will also be part of your role. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and tools in performance marketing. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment of ads with landing pages, creatives, and sales funnels is crucial for success. - Proven experience (15 years preferred) in Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Prior work experience with coaches, consultants, or educational brands is mandatory. - Strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization. - Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. - Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and budgets. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Creative mindset with a performance-first approach.
