Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow BulBul’s brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Create engaging content — reels, stories, posts, campaigns — aligned with the latest fashion and cultural trends. Plan monthly social media calendars, shoot plans, and product highlights. Work with photographers, stylists, and editors to manage content shoots. Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and festive campaigns. Manage influencer collaborations — from outreach to deliverables. Monitor insights, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement. Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Handle customer engagement via DM queries and community building activities. Requirements: Proven 2-4 years of experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and Indian fashion trends. Ability to shoot basic content via phone (reels, behind-the-scenes) when needed. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills. This role involves managing high-volume B2B leads generated through Meta campaigns, qualifying prospects, and closing sales online. For leads requiring in-person follow-up, you'll coordinate with our territory sales executives for field visits. ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and qualify incoming B2B leads captured via Meta ad campaigns into our CRM system. * Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements. * Present the brand, product range, pricing, and offers clearly to potential wholesale buyers. * Convert qualified leads into sales through virtual meetings and follow-ups. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the CRM. * Identify leads requiring field assistance and transfer them to the respective Territory Sales Executive. * Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategy and feedback loop. * Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs. ### *Requirements:* * 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, or B2B industries. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and multitasking. * Familiarity with CRM tools. * Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented. ### *Preferred:* * Experience in women’s wear or fashion wholesale sales. * Fluency in Hindi and English.
