### *About the Role:*

We are looking for a motivated *Inside Sales Executive* to join our dynamic sales team at BulBul, a women’s wear brand by Bubble Bee Export House. This role involves managing high-volume B2B leads generated through Meta campaigns, qualifying prospects, and closing sales online. For leads requiring in-person follow-up, you'll coordinate with our territory sales executives for field visits.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage and qualify incoming B2B leads captured via Meta ad campaigns into our CRM system.

* Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements.

* Present the brand, product range, pricing, and offers clearly to potential wholesale buyers.

* Convert qualified leads into sales through virtual meetings and follow-ups.

* Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.

* Identify leads requiring field assistance and transfer them to the respective Territory Sales Executive.

* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategy and feedback loop.

* Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.

### *Requirements:*

* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, or B2B industries.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and multitasking.

* Familiarity with CRM tools.

* Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.

### *Preferred:*

* Experience in women’s wear or fashion wholesale sales.

* Fluency in Hindi and English.
