POSITION OVERVIEW:-
Role Summary:-
We are looking for a data-driven, performance-focused marketing executive who will be responsible for managing and scaling all our paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in D2C or FMCG brands—preferably in the Ayurveda, Beauty, or Hair & Personal Care category.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
o Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
o YouTube Ads
o Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP
• Manage and optimize a monthly budget of ₹15–20 Lakhs, ensuring efficient RoAS and CAC.
• Own the performance funnel – from impression to conversion – with a focus on driving sales and scaling efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to craft high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reporting on key metrics (CPA, RoAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Stay up to date with platform changes and new features across Google, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc., to track, attribute, and report campaign performance.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if required for scaling campaigns.
Desired Skills and Competency:-
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing ₹15 Lakhs+ monthly ad budgets.
• Must have directly worked on performance campaigns for Google, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Prior experience in Ayurveda, Beauty, Hair Care, or related personal care categories (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, metrics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
• Familiarity with attribution tools, pixel implementation, and e-commerce analytics.
• Bonus: Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
