Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to stay updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Create and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop engaging ad creatives and copy to improve campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize results and maximize ROI.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use data to refine audience targeting and campaign strategies.
• Budget Optimization:
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to meet campaign goals.
• Monitor and adjust spending to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and social media managers.
• Align campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and new marketing technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
