Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Performance Marketing Executive – D2C Sleepwear Brand in Noida

have to Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube & other digital platforms

Manage budgets, bids, and ROAS/CAC goals, Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences & landing pages.

Analyze data using Google Analytics (GA4) & prepare weekly insights reports

Collaborate with creative, content & web teams to drive conversions

Identify new growth opportunities & emerging ad trends

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in Performance Marketing (D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle preferred)

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)

✅ Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) – campaigns, pixel setup, lookalike audiences

✅ Google Ads – Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube

✅ Google Analytics (GA4) – tracking & performance insights

✅ Google Tag Manager (GTM) – tag setup & event tracking

✅ Excel / Google Sheets – reporting, pivot tables & ROI tracking

✅ UTM tracking & attribution analysis

💡 Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar D2C tools
