Role Overview

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize

  Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads

  for lead generation and retargeting.
• Build and manage

  marketing automations

  using tools like

  Brevo (Sendinblue), Zoho CRM, and Tag Manager

  .
• Set up

  conversion tracking, GCLID mapping, and data attribution

  for campaign performance.
• Create and monitor

  performance dashboards

  (GA4, Data Studio, CRM Reports).
• Collaborate with the content team to A/B test creatives, copy, and CTAs.
• Ensure smooth integration between ad platforms, CRM, and email automation flows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in

  performance marketing and automation

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Tag Manager, CRM workflows, and marketing automation tools

  .
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze CPL, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with

  Zoho CRM, Brevo

  or similar automation platforms.
• Familiarity with

  tracking scripts, web events, and campaign attribution setup

  .
