Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Major Deliverables:

➢Responsible for the growth, P&L of the Ecommerce Channel partners (Market Place)

➢Build on the existing business by adding and managing new categories and product portfolio listings on the marketplaces and co-own the P&L.

➢Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partners.

➢Maintain ongoing relationships & communication with key stakeholders such as category managers, logistic service providers, vendor partners & digital marketing agencies.

➢Product Portfolio management - Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time.

➢Monitoring product/ ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews to drive sales.

➢Manage performance marketing on ecommerce channels.

➢Possess complete ownership of the accounts including sell out, inventory planning & category relationship.

➢Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating relevant reports.

➢Track and Analyze performance metrics and implement strategy to improve sales from both channel and SKU level

➢Responsible for product content on the Partners Website

➢Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans

Qualification & Experience –

•Preferably an MBA in Marketing

•3-5 years of overall work experience in D2C companies/Beauty & Personal Care/ relevant digital agencies are mandatory.


Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics):

•Experience with eCommerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors : In depth knowledge of the market places – Amazon (India), Flipkart, SnapDeal, Big Basket, Nykaa, Purplle or Quick Commerce will be an added advantage

•Demonstrated understanding of marketplace portals, performance marketing platforms, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes.

•Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.

•IT skills Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

•Digitally savvy Comfortable with use and operations of digital media/ apps and Ecommerce tools/apps.

•Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.


Desirable Attributes:

•Strong project management skills

•Experience of Ecommerce Platforms while working at the Brand side is a plus.
