Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Ludhiana. The Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer service, generating leads, communicating effectively with clients, overseeing sales operations, and handling channel sales. This role involves actively engaging with customers and prospective clients to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
