About the Role

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads

  and

  Google Ads

  campaigns.
• Implement and manage

  Meta Pixel

  ,

  Google Tag (Gtag)

  , and

  conversion tracking

  effectively.
• Set up

  retargeting and remarketing

  campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on ROI and performance data.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
• Manage automation tools (email, WhatsApp, CRM, etc.) to streamline marketing workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance optimization.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in

  performance marketing

  across Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong knowledge of

  Gtag, Meta Pixel, Retargeting Ads

  , and campaign analytics.
• Understanding of

  ROI-based campaign optimization

  and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with

  marketing automation tools

  and basic CRM integration.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Certification in

  Digital Marketing

  (preferred).

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in performance marketing.
