Sales Trainee (Kerala Region)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainee located in Kerala, India. The Sales Trainee will be responsible for meeting new clients, identifying potential leads, assisting in the development of sales closure. The role involves creating proposals, email communications and client relationships

Qualifications

• Strong Communication in English and Malayalam
• Should be a candidate from Kerala
• Interest in Sales and Sales Management
• Should be willing to travel across the state for meetings
• Ability to participate in Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Any or Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus

Experience:

• 0-2 Yr of Exp in Sales or related marketing
• Any kind of field experience is a plus.

Training Period Salary: 12-15k per month. + Travel Allowance + Incentives and Variables.

Performance Bonus applicable after successful completion of Training period.
