Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive at our company, you will be a key member of the growth team, focusing on managing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels to drive efficient acquisition and measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to make data-led decisions. - Collaborating with content and design teams to build and test ad creatives, audience segments, and targeting strategies. - Managing daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and funnel optimization. - Reporting on campaign performance with actionable insights and learnings. - Staying updated on platform changes, tools, and best practices. - Collaborating with other teams to align on the overall growth strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting. - A strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager. - Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager. - Comfort with managing monthly ad budgets and performance targets. - An analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. - Bonus: Experience with edtech and lead-gen funnels.
