Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor the performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis, analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.), and support in making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

• A/B Testing Support:

  Help with the execution of A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to drive better conversion rates.

• Data Analysis:

  Support the team in tracking and analyzing performance data using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or other tracking tools, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Collaborative Support:

  Work closely with other departments such as design, content, and sales to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and messaging.

• Budget and Resource Tracking:

  Assist in managing campaign budgets and ensure spending is aligned with project goals.

• Learning and Development:

  Continuously stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and bring new ideas to the team.
• Proven experience in e-commerce ads (Shopify or Magento preferred)

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics like CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with any other advertising platforms or marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
