Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and manage
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube) and
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram)
Execute full-funnel campaigns focused on
leads, conversions, and ROAS
Perform daily campaign monitoring, optimisation, and budget allocation
Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies
Track performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and messaging
Support SEO initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager
Experience in setting up campaigns from scratch and scaling them
Clear understanding of performance metrics and optimisation techniques
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action

Added Advantages (Good to Have)

Knowledge of
SEO fundamentals
and on-page optimisation
Exposure to
AI tools
for marketing, automation, creatives, or analytics
Experience working with multiple brands or agencies
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM platforms
