Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Executive

This role is essential in strengthening our paid media strategies and efficiently managing a growing portfolio of client and internal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across

  Google Ads

  ,

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  , and

  LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
• Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and work with analytics tools to measure and report performance.
• Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure delivery within allocated spend.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams for campaign assets and improvements.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
• Support A/B testing strategies to improve CTRs, quality score, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience

  managing paid campaigns on

  Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.
• Proficiency with tools such as

  Google Ads Manager

  Meta Ads Manager

  LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  Google Analytics

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an added advantage.
