Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, and overall business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives, continuously optimizing performance, and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Strategy Creation & Optimization:

  • Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that are in line with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies based on performance data, trends, and market insights.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
  • Use insights to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with key customer segments.

Campaign Performance Monitoring:

  • Regularly monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance across multiple channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other performance tracking platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

A/B Testing & Performance Improvement:

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze test results and implement improvements to continually enhance the performance of campaigns.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand messaging and drive conversions.
  • Work in sync with other marketing team members to ensure performance marketing efforts are aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Effectively communicate campaign results, insights, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present data-driven reports in a clear and actionable manner for continuous improvement and decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in D2C performance marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in running A/B tests and optimizing for performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
