Performance Marketing

As a Performance Marketer at Landing Labs in Pune (Hinjewadi), your role will involve strategically planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and more. Your primary focus will be on driving results for clients and ensuring maximum ROI through smart budgeting, audience targeting, and analytical insights. - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms. - Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed improvements. - Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maintain cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and ROI targets. - Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, copies, and audiences. - Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives. - Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients. - Stay updated with new trends, tools, and growth opportunities in digital marketing. - Optimize landing pages and funnels to enhance conversion rates. Qualifications: - 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid ads on Meta and Google platforms. - Strong grasp of marketing funnels, targeting strategies, and analytics. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Pixel setup, and event tracking. - Excellent communication skills for presenting campaign insights effectively. - Sharp analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
