Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.

* Manage E-commerce advertising including campaigns for websites, marketplaces, and D2C brands.

* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

* Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.

* Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare reports.

* Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on spend.

* Work on remarketing, display ads, shopping ads, and performance-based campaigns.

* Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.

* Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting tools.

* Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new ideas for improving paid marketing performance.

Requirements:

* 23 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

* Experience running campaigns for E-commerce brands.

* Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

* Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

* Good English communication is mandatory.

* Ability to work independently and meet campaign targets.
