Hiring: Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Freelancer who can manage paid ads and help grow our Instagram presence.

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

• Run and optimise Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google ad campaigns
• Manage full-funnel strategy from awareness to conversions
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audiences
• Track weekly metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM

Instagram (Organic + Paid)

• Analyse insights and improve page performance
• Identify high-performing reel and content formats
• Suggest reel hooks, captions, trends, and ideas
• Recommend collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and growth tactics
• Optimise profile elements such as bio, highlights, and CTAs
• Monitor competitors and industry trends

Requirements:

• Experience in performance marketing and Instagram growth
• Strong analytical and creative understanding
• Ability to deliver independent reports and insights

Engagement:

• Freelance / Remote
• Monthly retainer plus performance-based incentives
