Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

• Performance Optimization:

• Continuously monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and CPA efficiency; adjust bids, creatives, and targeting based on data insights.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.

• A/B Testing:

• Develop and execute experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Budget Management:

• Manage monthly/quarterly budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to meet business objectives.

• Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager

  .
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint

  for campaign analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
• Experience using tools like

  Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Data Studio

  is a plus.
