Job Title: Performance Marketer Location: Noida sector 62 or Kavi Nagar-Ghaziabad 6 days working - work from office We are looking for a Performance Marketer who will be responsible for driving measurable results through paid digital marketing channels. This role focuses on maximizing return on investment (ROI), optimizing conversion rates, and scaling campaigns based on performance data. Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, E-commerce & Quick commerce, LinkedIn etc. Set up conversion tracking and performance goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR etc). Keep a check on customer impressions/Reach, and customer Engagement Rate etc. Data Analysis & Optimization Monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement. Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Budget Management Allocate and optimize media budgets to maximize efficiency and growth. Forecast and report on campaign spend vs. performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Graphic & Video team, content creator, Social Media Marketer etc. Coordinate with SEO, CRM, and brand marketing for aligned growth strategies. Platform & Tool Expertise Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.). Required Candidate profile and Skills: Degree in marketing, business, communication, management or related field. 2–5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles. Analytical thinking – comfort with data, spreadsheets, dashboards. Performance-focused mindset – clear understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc. Paid media expertise – knowledge of how different ad platforms work. Creative testing – understanding of what creative formats and messaging work for different audience. Adaptability – able to adjust strategy based on campaign results. Communication – ability to explain findings and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
