Performance Marketing Associate

What You’ll Do

Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant paid platforms

ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates

✅ Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad assets

A/B tests

✅ Analyze campaign data, identify insights & share actionable recommendations

✅ Efficiently manage and allocate campaign budgets to maximize ROI

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience

Meta Ads, Google Ads, and experience with other paid channels (e.g., YouTube Ads, Snapchat, etc.)

Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Meta reporting dashboards

✨ Analytical mindset with curiosity to learn & test new ideas

retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS campaigns
