Performance Marketing Associate

Are you a data-driven marketer with extensive experience in scaling D2C brands using Meta or Google ads Webcanteen, a performance marketing agency focused on D2C growth, is currently seeking individuals for the following positions: - Meta Performance Marketing Manager - Google Performance Marketing Manager As part of the team, your responsibilities will include running performance campaigns exceeding 1L/day for D2C clients on Meta or Google platforms. You will be tasked with owning and optimizing campaigns to meet strict ROAS targets, with zero tolerance for underperformance. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and refining high-converting ad funnels, landing pages, and creatives, as well as analyzing in-depth metrics related to customer journeys, retention, and CACs. Leading testing frameworks for rapid scaling, including creatives, audiences, and placements, will also be a key aspect of your role. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in managing D2C brand campaigns with substantial budgets (30L+/month). The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on data, KPIs, and driving growth with profitability in mind. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads, along with GA4, GTM, and attribution tools, is essential. Prior experience working in an agency or brand-side role within the D2C niche is a requirement. Please note that this position is based in Surat and requires candidates to be located in the area.
