About the Role

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Associate with 2+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across all AHPL brands, working closely with our creative and analytics teams to drive growth and profitability.

  • Only delegate or oversee agencies without actual hands-on execution.
  • Struggle in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Need too much structure or direction to perform.

Skills Required:

  • Expert-level command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Proven record managing spends of β‚Ή10L+ monthly with positive ROAS.
  • Proficiency in conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
  • Hands-on with A/B testing, retargeting, audience segmentation, and bidding.
  • Analytical proficiency in GA4, Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, build, and scale paid campaigns on Meta & Google.
  • Track performance daily and optimize for cost efficiency and growth.

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with the creative team to ideate and test high-performing ads.
  • Translate performance data into creative insights and next steps.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with learnings and growth plans.
  • Identify trends and suggest actionable improvements.

Experimentation & Growth

  • Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, test new formats, and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
