Position Overview

We’re looking for a

Performance Marketing Analyst

who can translate campaign data into actionable strategies that fuel B2B growth. In this role, you’ll manage paid marketing campaigns, optimize funnels, and deliver insights that directly impact lead generation and ROI.You’ll be responsible for both execution and analysis — ensuring every campaign is measurable, optimized, and aligned with business goals. By blending performance marketing expertise with a data-first mindset, you’ll help us scale efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Track key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI) and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign results.
  • Translate campaign data into insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Forecast performance outcomes and guide budget allocation decisions.

Funnel & Remarketing Strategy

  • Map and optimize the end-to-end marketing funnel to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Design remarketing and retargeting campaigns to re-engage warm audiences.
  • Identify drop-off points in the funnel and suggest data-backed solutions.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead capture, reporting, and nurturing.
  • Automate data pipelines to ensure real-time visibility into marketing performance.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital analytics.
  • Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and data visualization.
  • Bonus: Exposure to demand generation and B2B sales cycles.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
