Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who will be the central brain behind our campaigns. This person will be responsible for:

- Analyzing campaign data from ad panels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) and CRM lead quality reports.

- Identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities in the funnel.

- Making data-driven recommendations on budget shifts, targeting, creatives, and campaign structures.

- Sharing clear action points with the execution team for implementation.

This is not a campaign-running role, but a decision-making + strategy role based on numbers.

Key Responsibilities

- Pull and analyze data from ad dashboards, analytics, and CRM.

- Compare panel data vs. CRM lead quality to judge actual ROI.

- Highlight underperforming campaigns, ad groups, keywords, or geographies.

- Recommend changes on budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives.

- Share weekly/monthly performance insights in a structured format (dashboards + reports).

- Create actionable checklists/briefs for the execution team to implement.

- Track the impact of executed changes and refine further.
