Performance Marketing Analyst (Google Ads + Meta Ads + Tracking/CRM/Data)

Do you love diving deep into campaign data and ensuring every number adds up? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who will be the data backbone of our paid media team — keeping tracking flawless, spotting anomalies early, and helping us scale smarter across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

What You’ll Do

• Verify tracking daily: pixels, Google Tag Manager, CRM lead capture — nothing slips.
• Pull lead quality samples from CRM/sales → flag junk, duplicates, or mismatches.
• Update and maintain dashboards (spend, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate).
• Spot anomalies early (CPC spikes, drop in conversions, impression share loss) → alert the Paid Media Manager for quick action.
• Support campaign optimizations by feeding data-driven insights into targeting and budget allocation.
• Help integrate CRM and offline conversions into ad platforms for better attribution.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both).
• Strong understanding of tracking tools: Google Tag Manager, Pixels, UTM structures.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker, Sheets, or BI tools).
• Analytical mindset — you love numbers, spotting trends, and solving data puzzles.
• Detail-oriented → you notice anomalies others miss.
