& Infosys, we are building global-first products from India.


Our vision is to empower millions of businesses worldwide through E-Commerce, WhatsApp

Engagement, AI-driven Automation, and Digital Services. We already have 30,000+ users

and have impacted 5 Lakh+ Indians across 800+ cities. As we scale, we are looking for a

Performance Marketer who can deliver growth for both Fastor7 and our partner brands.


Role: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a data-driven digital marketer to manage performance campaigns across

multiple brands, including D2C, retail, SaaS, and Fastor7’s own products & services. The

ideal candidate will be skilled in creating, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies that

drive measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

● Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and

other channels for multiple brands and Fastor7 initiatives.

● Drive lead generation, user acquisition, and online sales through data-driven

marketing strategies.

● Manage budgets and ensure target ROI/ROAS across different campaigns.

● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize

conversions.

● Build performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs and share insights with

internal teams and clients.

● Collaborate with design, content, and business development teams to align

marketing with brand objectives.

● Explore and implement AI/automation tools to improve efficiency in campaign

management.

● Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and identify growth opportunities for clients.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably across E-commerce,

D2C, SaaS, or Tech Services.

● Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and

Analytics platforms.

● Strong knowledge of performance metrics (CPC, CAC, CTR, ROAS, LTV) and

data-driven decision making.

● Proven track record of managing campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.

● Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-powered ad tools is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
