About the Role: ANJ America is seeking a data-driven Sr.Performance Marketer / Paid Ads Specialist to lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing ad spend, driving high-quality leads, and improving ROI across channels. Key Responsibilities: Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop performance marketing strategies tailored to specific goals: lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, or app installs. Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Audience Targeting & Segmentation Identify, create, and manage high-performing audience segments using custom audiences, lookalikes, behavioral and demographic data. Use pixel data and CRM integration to retarget users at different funnel stages. Ad Creative & Copy Collaboration Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) based on user behavior, intent, and platform trends. Continuously A/B test ad formats, CTAs, messaging, and visuals to improve CTR and conversion rates. Conversion Tracking & Optimization Implement and maintain tracking pixels, event tracking, and goals in Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager. Optimize landing pages and user flows to boost conversions through data insights and CRO techniques. Budget Management & ROI Reporting Manage daily/monthly ad spend across platforms, ensuring maximum efficiency. Report campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools, with insights on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and funnel drop-offs. Platform Expertise & Continuous Learning Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes, privacy updates, bidding strategies, and automation features. Experiment with new ad formats, tools, and beta features offered by platforms. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure that campaign goals support broader business objectives. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in digital performance marketing. Proven track record managing large budgets and achieving ROI targets. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM tools. Strong analytical skills and experience using platforms like Data Studio or Tableau. Understanding of SEO, email funnels, and conversion optimization is a plus.
