Your Role

You’ll be the engine behind our client growth, owning the full performance marketing cycle — from deep market research and campaign planning to full-scale media buying, analytics, and performance optimization.

You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, design, and strategy teams to build, execute, and scale winning campaigns across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Strategic Planning

• Conduct data-driven market research to identify profitable opportunities, audience behavior, and competitor gaps.
• Design multi-channel growth strategies tailored to business goals — lead generation, eCommerce scaling, or brand dominance.
• Develop comprehensive media plans outlining channel mix, budget allocation, and KPIs.
• Build full-funnel strategies — from awareness to retargeting to loyalty.

2. Media Buying & Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize large-scale ad budgets (across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads.
• Execute end-to-end campaign setup, A/B testing, and optimization to maximize conversions and ROAS.
• Conduct audience segmentation, creative variation testing, and placement strategy for precision targeting.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency and performance consistency.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Insights

• Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks using GA4, GTM, UTM, and Data Studio.
• Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and performance trends.
• Present weekly and monthly reports with deep insights, recommendations, and growth forecasts.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to turn data insights into creative direction.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing and Media Buying.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and funnel optimization.
• Proven track record of scaling accounts profitably across multiple industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Expertise in campaign forecasting, media budgeting, and audience psychology.
• Hands-on knowledge of GA4, GTM, UTM, and CRO tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — thrives in a fast-paced, in-office team environment.
• Bonus: Experience in scaling eCommerce and high-ticket service businesses.
