Job Description

Job Summary:

The Performance Manager will be responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and enhancing the performance of all social media and digital marketing initiatives. This role involves reviewing creative and strategic work, ensuring alignment with business objectives, analyzing campaign data, and driving continuous improvement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Review & Analysis

  • Review all social media content, campaigns, and marketing deliverables to ensure they meet quality, branding, and performance standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and other channels.
  • Identify performance trends and areas for optimization.
  • Develop performance dashboards and regular reports for leadership review.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to set performance goals and benchmarks.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, targeting improvements, and content strategy refinement.
  • Ensure alignment between creative output and strategic objectives.

Team Collaboration & Review

  • Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and paid media teams to review and approve campaigns before launch.
  • Guide the team on performance best practices, analytics tools, and reporting standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve creative and strategic outcomes.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports.
  • Present findings and insights to senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and budget planning with performance data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing performance, analytics, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per year
