About Us

At 7Emirates Real Estate, we specialize in premium off-plan and secondary real estate investments across Dubai. As we scale our performance marketing efforts across global markets, we’re looking for a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads—ideally with proven experience in real estate lead generation.


About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns that drive qualified real estate leads globally. From strategic planning to execution and performance analysis, you’ll own every aspect of paid social campaigns—focusing on delivering high ROAS, quality leads, and measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


• Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting Meta ad campaigns tailored to real estate (off-plan, secondary, and investment properties).


• Develop and test compelling creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for various international markets (India, UK, Pakistan, Nigeria, GCC, etc.).


• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns, including lead gen forms, remarketing, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.


• Closely track CPL, lead quality, booking ratios, and campaign ROI.


• Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with real-time market needs.


• Implement tracking through Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and integrate with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Jaldi CRM, etc.).


• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, wins, and areas for optimization.


• Stay updated on Meta platform changes, ad policy compliance (especially in restricted markets), and real estate advertising trends.


Requirements


3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads.


• Proven success in real estate lead generation campaigns (off-plan preferred).


• Strong command of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.


• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret campaign metrics and take action.


• Experience targeting international markets, including localization strategies and exchange rate-based messaging.


• Excellent knowledge of ad creative formats, funnel strategies, and landing page alignment.


• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead routing.


• Ability to work remotely, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have


• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads in the real estate sector.


• Understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, investor behaviors, and digital buyer journeys.


• Familiarity with creative briefing and collaboration with design/video teams.
