Performance Marketing Manager

What You’ll Own

1.

Paid Ads (Meta + Google)

  • Set up and manage conversion campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Launch and optimize ads with a focus on

    CAC, ROAS, CTR

  • Work with the founder + design team to test hooks, creatives, and angles
  • Build and iterate landing pages and retargeting funnels

Marketplace Performance (Amazon, Flipkart)

  • Manage Amazon and Flipkart ads end-to-end: auto, manual, brand, product
  • Optimize bids, keywords, placements, and ACoS
  • Track reviews, conversions, page performance, and content hygiene
  • Identify repeat purchase drivers and upsell/cross-sell strategies
3.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Daily ROAS / CAC / LTV dashboards
  • Conversion path analysis & budget allocation
  • Creative performance tracking (UGC vs studio vs static)
  • Insights → actions loops

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in D2C or performance agency
  • Proven Meta Ads + Amazon Ads success (must-have)
  • Hands-on with dashboards (Google Sheets / Triple Whale / Looker Studio)
  • Analytical + creative mindset (know how to brief a winning ad)
