What You’ll Do (and Own)

mission

• Marketing & Content

• Support Meta and Amazon ads execution
• Work with influencers and UGC creators
• Help ideate and execute Instagram & D2C marketing campaigns

• Operations & Supply Chain

• Work with manufacturers and vendors
• Coordinate packaging, logistics, inventory, and orders
• Solve real-time ops fire-fighting challenges

• Product & Brand

• Be part of new product development brainstorms
• Work with designers and vendors on packaging and branding
• Ensure customer experience is consistent across channels

• Growth & Strategy

• Assist in fundraising support, research, and deck building
• Analyze product performance, consumer feedback, and brainstorm experiments
• Be the founder’s right hand for "figure-it-out" missions

Who You Are

• Hungry to learn, build, and

  own like a founder

• Comfortable with chaos — you think in systems, but don’t fear mess
• You’ve either built something before (internship, side project, startup), or you’re dying to start
• Curious about D2C, digital brands, and everything between idea → scale
• Bonus: You love skincare, wellness, or beauty
