Entrepreneur-in-Residence

What You’ll Do

1. Performance-Driven Creative Marketing

  • Work with designers to produce high-converting ad creatives (Meta, Amazon, YouTube)
  • Launch UGC-style reels, storyboards, and landing page experiments
  • Lead photoshoots, influencer briefs, and visual storytelling

2. Digital Growth Execution

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads
  • Own CTR, ROAS, CAC targets for core hero products
  • Drive D2C traffic and retention through smart funnels and email flows

3. Strategic Projects

  • Work on campaign pivots, new launches, or pricing experiments
  • Build influencer seeding and collab strategies
  • Support in brand storytelling, packaging feedback, or pitch decks
