About the Role

Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

As an EIR, you will ideate, incubate, and execute strategic initiatives across business, operations, growth, and new product opportunities — working at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Initiatives & Business Building

• Identify, evaluate, and launch new business verticals or strategic opportunities
• Conduct market research, build business cases, and validate hypotheses
• Own end-to-end execution of pilot projects and experiments

2. Strategy & Execution

• Work directly with the Founder on high-priority initiatives
• Convert vague problem statements into structured action plans
• Track outcomes, iterate quickly, and drive execution to closure

3. Business Operations & Process Building

• Set up scalable workflows, systems, and processes
• Work cross-functionally with teams to drive operational efficiency
• Build reports, progress dashboards, and business insights

4. Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking

• Break down complex challenges into actionable strategies
• Analyze data to inform strategic and operational decisions
• Present clear recommendations backed by insights

5. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams, leadership, and external partners
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across functions
• Handle confidential information with maturity and discretion

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to operate independently
• Comfort working in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments

• 0–4 years of experience

  in startups, consulting, strategy, product, or operations (flexible)
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in founder-led environments
