We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team at TechGropse The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various channels, including search, display, and video.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze website traffic to inform campaign decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Google Ads efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and best practices.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights.\

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stay current with the ever-changing landscape of digital advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing: audience targeting, creative testing, budgeting, and optimization
• Track and report KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and revenue
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns profitably and drive D2C growth
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing tools, trends, and best practicesKey
