We are expanding our digital operations and are seeking a WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our online presence. Job Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to take ownership of our website and digital platform. This role will involve the development, design, and ongoing management of the website, landing pages, and web-based content. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and has a strong eye for both functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, secure, and high-performing • Design and build responsive landing pages to support marketing and sales campaigns • Oversee the structure, layout, and visual consistency of the website in line with brand guidelines • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to upload and manage blog posts, property listings, and reports • Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all web content • Monitor website analytics and optimize for performance and user engagement • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly • Manage third-party integrations, plugins, and ongoing updates Requirements • 2+ years of experience in WordPress development • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP • Experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg) • Basic knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting • Experience working on websites in the real estate or service industry is a plus What We Offer • Full-time remote position with flexible working hours • Opportunity to lead and shape the company’s digital web presence • Collaborative and growth-focused work environment • Long-term role within an expanding real estate brand How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a portfolio of your WordPress projects.
