only for apply water treatment plant operator Key Responsibilities – RO Service Technician RO Installation : Install and configure RO water purifiers at customer sites, ensuring correct setup, plumbing connections, and system functionality. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on RO systems to identify potential issues early and ensure continued performance. Reactive Maintenance: Respond swiftly to service calls and resolve technical issues related to RO systems in an efficient and timely manner. Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for repairs and replacements as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure all installed and serviced RO systems comply with company quality standards and safety protocols. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical faults, including issues such as system leaks, filtration failures, and component malfunctions. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate service records, including installation reports, repair logs, and maintenance schedules. Compliance: Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations during all service-related activities. Training & Support: Educate customers on the correct use and routine maintenance of RO systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
