Limited post : field service engineer Job Description: Service Engineer (RO Installation and Service) salary: depend interview (25 ctc to 30 ctc) Key Responsibilities: RO Installation: Install and set up RO water purifiers at customer premises, ensuring proper connections, filtration, and functionality. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on RO systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to customer service requests and resolve technical problems related to RO systems efficiently. Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory and availability of spare parts required for RO system repairs and replacements. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installed RO systems meet the company's quality standards and safety guidelines. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with RO systems, including identifying defects, leaks, and malfunctions. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, during service operations Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of RO water purifiers. Education : ITI Fitter certification or relevant mechanical qualifications are required. Experience: Prior experience in RO system installation and service will be an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues in RO systems. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and address technical problems. Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to handle service calls and meet deadlines. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and travel to different locations as needed.
