· Identify and qualify sales leads by assessing the needs and interests of potential customers.
· Record and update customer details, inquiries, and interactions in a database or CRM system.
· Handle objections or concerns raised by customers and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
· Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings with interested customers for the sales team.
· Conduct surveys or gather feedback from customers to assess their satisfaction levels or improve product/service offerings.
· Meet or exceed daily or monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
· Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during calls, adhering to company policies and values.
· Collaborate with team members, supervisors, or managers to share best practices, strategies, and insights.
