Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Freshers to join our team as Field Sales & Marketing Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in sales, enjoy meeting people, and want to develop strong business and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct field visits to meet customers, retailers, and distributors. B2B

· Promote company products/services and generate leads.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Execute marketing activities and on-ground campaigns.

· Gather market insights and competitor information.

· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

· Education: Any Graduate (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs can apply)

· Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

· Mandatory: Candidate must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Willingness to travel extensively for field activities

· Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Internship Details

· Internship Duration: 6 months

· Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

· Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Post-Internship Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time role as Field Sales & Marketing Executive.

· Annual CTC: Performance-based (will be discussed during evaluation)
