Key Responsibilities – RO Service Technician

• RO Installation: Install and configure RO water purifiers at customer sites, ensuring correct setup, plumbing connections, and system functionality.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on RO systems to identify potential issues early and ensure continued performance.
• Reactive Maintenance: Respond swiftly to service calls and resolve technical issues related to RO systems in an efficient and timely manner.
• Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for repairs and replacements as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installed and serviced RO systems comply with company quality standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical faults, including issues such as system leaks, filtration failures, and component malfunctions.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and providing effective solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate service records, including installation reports, repair logs, and maintenance schedules.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations during all service-related activities.
• Training & Support: Educate customers on the correct use and routine maintenance of RO systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
