Role Overview: As Performance Manager, you will oversee the entire sales, marketing, and tech operations. You will manage a team, ensure timely project delivery, drive lead generation, and be responsible for improving team and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide two tech executives and two sales executives across all operational areas. Oversee digital marketing and lead generation activities (Indiamart, Just Dial, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring quality leads and proper vendor coordination. Ensure all leads are contacted, followed up, and entered accurately in the CRM. Oversee project delivery: assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely, quality solutions for customers. Innovate and implement new strategies for lead generation, sales, and customer satisfaction. Maintain reporting to directors, including team performance, project status, and feedback. Recruit and onboard new team members as needed. Focus on employee development and performance improvement. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, IT, Business). 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or technical project management (digital marketing/IT sector preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with digital marketing tools, lead portals, and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and manage both people and projects. Fluent in Hindi and English.
