Our flagship client Trimacare™ is India’s first 3-stage prenatal supplement, trusted by doctors, mothers, and top maternity hospitals. We are now looking to build Trimacare into a category-defining consumer health brand and scale its online presence.
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager at Imarti Media who will own and lead online sales growth for Trimacare™.
What You’ll Do
Drive online sales growth for Trimacare across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.), and its D2C store.
Manage and optimize listings, A+ content, ratings/reviews, and ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
Plan and execute Google (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to drive conversions.
Build retargeting funnels and drive repeat purchase automation (CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
Optimize landing pages, website funnels, and conversion rates (CRO) through analytics and A/B testing.
Own performance dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with Imarti’s brand, creative, and client leadership teams to align campaigns with consumer messaging.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of proven experience in performance marketing & e-commerce sales growth.
Hands-on expertise in:
Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Quick Commerce platforms
Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display)
Meta Ads Manager (FB, Instagram)
Strong grasp of MarTech, CRM, automation tools (Interakt, WATI, Zoko, GA4, GTM, attribution).
Solid understanding of CRO, consumer psychology, and funnel optimization.
Experience managing multi-crore annual budgets with full P&L ownership.
Prior exposure to FMCG, D2C, nutraceuticals, or consumer health brands preferred.
