As a Performance Management Specialist based in Ahmedabad, this full-time on-site role will require you to oversee performance appraisals and manage employee performance programs. Your responsibilities will also include conducting data analyses to improve performance management systems, developing and implementing performance improvement plans, collaborating with various departments to align performance objectives, and ensuring compliance with performance management policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in performance appraisal and performance management, strong analytical capabilities, experience in program management, knowledge of finance principles, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively on-site is essential. While not mandatory, experience in the kitchen equipment or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
