Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing performance appraisals, managing employee performance programs, and conducting data analyses to enhance performance management systems. Other daily tasks may include developing and implementing performance improvement plans, collaborating with other departments to align performance objectives, and ensuring compliance with performance management policies and procedures. Qualifications Skills in Performance Appraisal and Performance Management Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Program Management Knowledge of Finance principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site Experience in the kitchen equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
