Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Management Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing performance appraisals, managing employee performance programs, and conducting data analyses to enhance performance management systems. Other daily tasks may include developing and implementing performance improvement plans, collaborating with other departments to align performance objectives, and ensuring compliance with performance management policies and procedures.
